About Butter Days Founder
Chelsea Holzer
Chelsea Holzer, founder of Butter Days, is a New Jersey/New York native with a lifelong love of art & creativity. She studied fashion marketing at LIM in New York City & spent time working as a UX designer, combining her eye for design with a passion for thoughtful experiences. Baking has always come naturally. She grew up making banana bread & carrot cake for her dad, & her love of gift-giving eventually turned into a business. Deeply committed to animal welfare, Chelsea uses only pasture-raised dairy & eggs & has volunteered with rescued, disabled farm animals for several years. At Butter Days, she brings together her artistic sensibility, design background & compassion to create cakes that are visually striking & full of joy.
